Is this true?

I have researched drugs and health problems they can cause and it appears sterile medical grade morphine does not cause any long term help problems other than constipation. Is this true?
I understand that long term use makes it very difficult to quit but why is there a need to quit if sterile needles and pure morphine is available? Is there really that much difference between an addict administering a couple of shots a day and someone drinking some coffee and other caffinated beverages daily?

I think addicts go back to using not because of the physical pains of withdrawel but because the emotional flatness that lasts for months. A continual state of dysphoria feels like part of your soul has been stolen. I have found SSRI's to be ineffective. Nothing makes me the way I want like opiates. I am curious if they would work over the long haul but I have a feeling they could turn on you especially with tolerance. I am just ramblin off. Any response would be appreciated thanks.

False Reading
I am currently using naletrexone and have been clean 4 months. I recently submitted a urine test which came back positive for heroin (morphine). I've had this happen a couple time before when I was clean. How does this happen? Can Naletrexone give a false reading?

Just Curious
I am curious how many junkies are diagnosed with fibromyalgia, and the usual arthritis that comes with age, after they get some clean time. I used for over 15 years, including a few years with methadone, and now they say I have fibro. I haven't had a habit for 4 years and am also + for hep C., but not active Hep. Maybe there is no relationship at all. I was just curious.
