High Dose Methadone Maintenance

A recent study by Krantz et al. (2002) reported that high dose methadone maintenance was associated with heart problems. Similar results have been found in patients rxd LAAM. Does existing evidence support restriction or a ban on high dose methadone maintenance?

Sick and Tired

Hi, I've been shooting dope for... a while now. year or so... Are they worth it?
My husband and I can never get clean longer than three days, we've tried codeiene tapering, cold turkey, spent about 2 years each in therapeutic communities. Now in Inodonesia where we live methdaone and buprenorphine are finally become an option. They're really expensive and 2 get them you have to register with the govt.
