What is NTR and how does it work?
Amino acids are the natural occurring building blocks of DNA. The treatment combines them with vitamins, minerals specifically formulated for each individual.
The combination is then injected into the bloodstream using an
intravenous drip for five hours daily for a period of ten days. Withdrawal
problems are practically non-existent and what is more exciting is that the physical craving for the drug ceases. There is no hospitalization. The patient can go home if they want or to a hotel.
That doesn’t mean that the addict is cured. Addictive behavior is as much a psychological problem as a physical one; however, once free of the physical craving for the drug the addict can concentrate on the mental problems that led him to the use of drugs or alcohol in the first place.
It is for this reason that Dr Hitt recommends that patients attend psychological treatment to address the persistent thinking about using in order to escape the stress and problems in their lives.
“What we do,” says Dr. Hitt, “is give the patient’s brain
what in needs but not on a temporary basis as drugs do but on a permanent
basis thus eliminating completely both the craving for drugs but the
withdrawal as well.”
No additional treatment is needed once NTR has restored the balances of the neurotransmitters in the patient’s brain permanently eliminating the
cravings for drugs and alcohol. It is important that the patient supply a complete history of his or her drug and alcohol use from cigarettes to the drug they are using now. Failure to do so may leave an untreated problem in the brain.
