Should the patient use any drug or alcohol after the completion of the program the chemical balance of the brain will be altered and the cravings may return. That is why, if at any time the patient should feel a craving for drugs or alcohol they should return to the center for a treatment. This is not a cure for the disease of drugs and alcohol.
There are too many factors both physical and psychological that are the underlying causes of addiction but it will stop the physical cravings, which is a major step in eliminating the problem. Over 12000 people have undergone the treatment with seventy percent of those treated remaining clean and sober three years after having done it.

If a client should use alcohol or drugs after the treatment, they will become ill. Just like the first time of smoking a cigarette or taking a drink. If this should happen we urge them to return for a booster treatment.”
